Ray Gicancamilli

Assistant Conductor

Raymond Giancamilli, Assistant Conductor of the Pioneer Band received his Bachelor of Music Education degree from The Boston Conservatory of Music as a piano major and holds a Master of Music degree from the College of New Jersey.

   Mr.Giancamilli taught instrumental music and piano in the Pohatcong, Lopatcong and Phillipsburg elementary school districts for 33 years. As a member of Local 45 American Federation of Musicians, he currently plays french horn in the Pioneer and Italian American bands.

Mr. Giancamilli and his wife reside in Washington, NJ and sing in St. Ann's Catholic Church choir in Hampton, NJ.
